Sunday morning. Flew with Professor Xavier and Superman to Cebu. We arrived at around 11am. The prof had a meeting at 11am. Superman and I checked in our econotel, and just had enough time to do just that before the prof called us to meet him for lunch. We went to a place called Matias and had the most scrumptious lunch i've had in a long time. Wish I had a picture of that but when you're eating with both your hands, you don't have a spare one to take photos.
After lunch, we went to one of our branches. They have an execom meeting and I have arranged to meet my long-distance staff. I finished my meeting at 3pm. And i decided to talk a walk around the branch to see what opportunities are available just outside our doors. When i finished at around 4pm, i went back to branch, where Xavier found me just about to open the book i brought with me. He asked me to do a little bit more walking by going to two more of our branches walking distance away.
So i walked and i walked and i walked. Finally, close to 6pm, i have finished what i had to do. so i sat down to do a bit of work on the presentation which I have not finished. Yes, all the walking i did i did with my laptop backpack.
About 15 minutes into working, I got a call from Magneto. He's picking me up to bring me to Ayala Center where I'm supposed to visit our branches in the mall. At a little past 7pm, i'm done and Magneto left me.
I called Superman to find out what's next. After some waiting, it became clear nobody's in shape to do anything more than retire for the night, working on our slides on our beds. We were still full from lunch. But i convinced him to get something to avoid being hungry at midnight. I bought a couple of yogurt and a bottle for water for myself. And whipped my presentation into shape a little bit more before succumbing to exhaustion.

my dinnerWe were supposed to meet the following day at 6:30am to get to Moalboal before lunch. After a couple of stops,we reached the resort that will be the venue of our brainy activity. It was restful and pretty. The first day adjourned at 12mn. Then everyone went to their casitas to rest. Or not. Because, i had strong suspicion that everyone turned on their laptops again to work on their slides a little bit more. I gave up at 3am.
At 6:30am, woke up to prepare for breakfast. After bonding over food, we went back to work and were at it until 7pm, lunch break happened at 3pm. We drove back to Cebu city without dinner by 8pm and reached the city by 10pm. And, after entering our rooms, promptly went unconscious. Kidding! I don't want to go into detail anymore. just writing about the whole thing is already exhausting enough.

The following morning, the Professor and Superman flew back to Manila. I remained behind to tour the rest of the the branches and spend a bit more time with my staff.
My flight back to Manila was at 8:35pm and i finally retired onto my own bed before 11pm.
And that was what the four-day trip to cebu was all about.
